Traditional Benedict was good. They honored my requests. Wish the poached egg was a little softer but it was good. Hollandaise Sauce extra side was generous

I was so disappointed with the Traditional Benedict . Last time I ordered it it was really good. This time the muffin was untoasted, wet and chewy. They put the hollandaise on top instead of on the side and it was cold. Last time for a while.

Got the BOGO breakfast burrito, had high hopes for this place- ican tell the ingredients are fresh and good quality, but there was not a trace of salt/pepper or any seasonings, items were poorly packaged as the fruit and orange juice were pretty much boiled:/

I ordered oatmeal and turkey bacon... They were out of these items and chose to replace them, which is fine but they chose to replace it with sunny side up eggs and potatoes and ham. I do not like ham and I cannot eat sunny side up eggs. This is a pretty drastic difference from what my order was and I think before replacing it they should've called.
