Thoroughly impressed!!! Donuts are huge and they just taste uniquely delicious. They are absolutely different than any other donut you've ever had in the best ways. The Brown Butter and Salt is sooo interesting - it's like a glazed donut but better with this perfect salty endnote. The glazed donut is also perfect - dense, sweet, well balanced. The horchata donut is good, the dulce de leche churro is lovely. Salted Caramel Latte is great also! I never thought I would love donuts this much but it's clear the creativity, attention to detail, and value put into crafting them. Ive also never seen my boyfriend get so excited about donuts before!! I will make sure everyone I know knows about The Salty Donut, yall are just awesome!!

I ordered The Horchata Donut and The Churro donut as well as a Salted Caramel Iced Latte. People seem to enjoy them and they look amazing but herein lies the lesson that looks are often deceiving, as I found it all incredibly lacking. The horchata donut was soggy and wet in the middle ( I initially thought it was undercooked and raw) and the meringue was gritty and cloyingly sweet—like hurt my stomach, nearly inedible sweet—and it fell off in one piece. The Valrhona Caramélia on the bottom was thick and waxy, almost like almond bark. The donut by itself was almost savory and tasted nothing like horchata. The churro donut was okay, kind of lackluster to be honest and the whipped dulce de leche filling was salty and heavy—I kept having to check the description because I was convinced it was just straight butter.
I also got a salted caramel iced latte (whole milk) and I have had better coffee from McDonald’s. The roast of the coffee is bitter and oily even when covered up with flavored syrup and milk. There is also way too much milk in this latte—a latte should be a 1:3 ratio and this is easily a 1:4 or 1:5 ratio which makes the whole thing taste flat and the caramel notes disappear completely.
"The Salty Donut" is a great name for this place, because that is exactly what I got.

The coffee was amazing. Just bold enough without overpowering the cup. Highly recommend. The size was perfect! Loved how you can request it made chilled with no ice to keep it fresher longer. That was a nice touch.

I love Texas Chocolate Sheet Cake since chocolate on chocolate are my favorite donuts. They are thick and not too sweet. However, I didn't care for the Traditional Glazed Donut Holes due to the denser texture. I prefer the light fluffiness of Krispie Kreme for plain glazed.

the cereal milk latte was surprisingly delicious and tasted so much like its namesake! the banana donut was a bit small but THICK, the quality and depth of flavor made up for it. brown butter donut is always good if you like sweet and salty!
