Shakes were delicious but they did forget the large straws that's the only minor down side.

It's hard to justify the price to the quality. It was my first time ordering here, dropped $30 for two shakes, and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. The milkshakes didn't have that "creamy" and "homemade" charm, but rather a cheap and grainy texture. This location also gave me incorrect toppings, so overall, not quite the pleasant experience.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Order the shakes from Steak and Shake, they are the same thing and $5.00 cheaper! This should be illegal that this company is running 2 separate busiNess and serving the same thing. These shakes are only $7.19 on Steak and Shake. $45.00 3 shakes!!!RIDICULOUS

These shakes are not made with ice cream as it says in the descriptions, they are made of Ice Milk and is grainy in texture.

Ordered 1 shake and my dasher had to sit there and wait on it for 30 minutes. Once, I finally received my shake, it was 1/2 whipped cream. Very disappointed and will not order from here again.
