The taste was phenomenal, but they kind of overdid it with the whipped cream on the NEW Oreo® M&M® Explosion.

Way too much whipped cream. Although the flavor of the milkshake was good I would have loved to have more shake and less whipped cream. It was literally throughout the entire shake. It was a whipped cream shake. I would definitely try again without the whipped cream. It's not even good whipped cream. It's super thick and super bland.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - IT IS STEAK AND SHAKE!! NOT The Shake Bar! The shakes came - we ordered three of them - they were frozen solid. We would have had to microwave them to be able to eat them. Worse yet, they didn't send the right ones - they came in a Styrofoam cup, so you can't see what is inside of it. They LOOK NOTHING like the pictures - don't be fooled like we were. Ordered a Chocolate Bliss , a Outrageous Strawberry OREO® and a Sea Salt Caramel Snickers® - we received two vanilla ice creams with whip cream on them. One had some sprinkles. Then the third one had vanilla with a tiny bit of snickers in it. No carmel, no sea salt anything. They clearly premade these then toss them in the freezer and then pull them out and shove them in a bag when someone orders a shake. For 11 dollars a shake, I expect it to look like the picture - and to get the actual flavor that was ordered. And then the nerve to call themselves THE SHAKE BAR and when it arrives it is in a STEAK AND SHAKE BAG. What a JOKE! Needless to say I got my money bag - its outrageous that they get away with this.

I ordered this shake specifically for the brownies but received NO brownies, the chocolate chips on the side were COMPLETELY exposed because the shakes arrived in a cup holder with no bag or covering so I was unable to eat those.

I'm new to the area and it's my birthday so I wanted to grab a treat. I seen "The Shake Bar" on Door Dash and thought it would be cool to get a gourmet milkshake as a treat for my bday. Shake was delivered and come to find out it came from a Steak n' Shake. However it is very clearly listed as "The Shake Bar" on Door Dash when perusing through the options.
This is not only extremely misleading, but also very disrespectful to your customers. There is not a chance in hell I would've paid $10 alone for a shake from Steak n' Shake had I known that's where then product was actually coming from. I thought I was getting a gourmet milkshake from what appeared to be an authentic mom & pop style location. That was not the case. It's beyond frustrating to know I just spent $10 on what I would consider a "fast food" style milkshake that was not worth it. Very disappointed.
