• 8/30/22I was so surprised by how good the half rack 1st place ribs were. The meat was just falling off the bone, fresh and tender. The cornbread was great and the collards were perfect. Boiled with the stems and branches removed. No sugar or phony flavoring added to the greens. Very authentic. Alabama style. What a find the Smoke Shop was!

• 9/3/24I always like the food here. The chicken is always right and the fries always crispy(and their wings DOPE). I got the Pulled BBQ Chicken Plate but seems like they give half what they use to give. At this price I probably should have order the chicken basket. Way more chicken. Hopefully this wa an oversight. Food is always tasty.

• 8/22/24Good Portion. Great taste. The mac and cheese was good. The fries were a bit salty. The wings were cooked well, a little less spicy would be perfect but still good. The ribs are nicely flavored, just good be a bit more tender so it slids easily off the bone.

• 7/27/25The brisket was so dry I could barely swallow it. No flavor, just like eating sawdust. To make matters worse, the amount of barbecue sauce given was TINY. About a tenth of what I get from other places. So could not use sauce to re-constitute the brisket. The burnt ends were also fossilized. Had to throw that in the trash. You ought to taste your food occasionally before sending it out.
