I got lemon pepper wings , and fried mushrooms. They were huge! So delicious.

I understand the restaurant was bought out. Previously as Loretta's Snak Shak, the food was amazing. It didn't matter what we ordered, it was truly delicious!  However, the food now is not the same.  I ordered a Chicken Salad  sandwich with French Fries .  The chicken salad tasted like a rotisserie chicken had been ripped up and mayonnaise added to it.  The French fries were dry and only luke warm.  I no longer recommend this restaurant

I have ordered multiple times from them. the food is pretty good, but they are not consistent. The last time I ordered they shorted me a order of fries, this time they shorted me a whole burger, $12.49. I called and they checked the receipt and seen where I did order two. they made another one and I had to call the dasher to ask him to go back and pick it up. when I told them about the time before when they shorted me a fry, they acted like they didn't short me a fry and said they just included in with the other fry..... this was not true I have ordered multiple times before and know the amount of fries they normally include. the fries was not a big deal because that was like $2.75 or around about. door dash refunded me a $1 and some change on that order. the dasher was excellent went above and beyond and picked up the burger they shorted me and brought it straight to me. The Snak Shack please pay more attention to the orders. $12.49 to me is a lot of $ and it also cost the dasher time
