Inspired by the taco stands of Tijuana and many adventures along the Baja Peninsula, Showa Hospitality needed an authentic taco stand experience to satisfy our cravings north of the border.
Best surf and turf MAR Y TIERRA BURRITO ive had in san diego. Shrimp is like like little lobster, steak is medium rare. Perfect chipotle sauce. Havent tried California burrito yet because I have to order this every time.

MUSHROOM TACO and NOPAL TACO are delicious!They're possibly vegan vegetarian and the portion sizes are perfect value. Fresh every visit and they offer authentic Mexican tortillas. Talk about yummy deliciousness and I am going to order again then. IYKYK and this is the best Taco Stand yet!

This place has gone so down hill. I know they were busy but that resulted in the sacrifice of the quality of the food. Our burritos were poorly wrapped, sauces for a takeout order weren't even half full. The bean and cheese was inedible because it was wrapped so poorly. They also need different foil because it completely disintegrated which made eating the messy burritos even more challenging. Super disappointing. Used to love this place. The chips were good at least haha

The carne asada fries are pretty gross here. You don't get real cheese you get some sort of queso or nacho cheese and they skimp hard on the meat. I didn't one star it because the meat was all right, just not enough it. Fries aren't well seasoned either. Very disappointing altogether.

CARNE ASADA TACO was ok. The corn tortilla was excellent! Tasted homemade. CHURROS were undercooking still doughy in the center. Really bummed that you have to pay for the SALSA CILANTRO and SALSA VERDE and it was not in the bag. CORN ON THE COB was good. PESCADO TACO (MAHI MAHI) & BAJA TACO was ok. Probably will not order from here again next time we come to town.
