Absolutely incredible tasting burger, and it's huge. Hard to get it all in one bite, but it's without a doubt worth the effort. Fries are nothing special but nothing to complain about. 9/10

Chef Anthony mentioned how everything there can be made to order. I had my chicken and sweet potato fries baked instead of grilled to avoid cross contamination w/things I am sensitive to. The portions are filling and the items are always fresh and delicious! I highly recommend this place and will be eating here again. They have a large eating area w/a couple of big screen TVs, as well several games and pool tables. If you haven't eaten here yet, you're missing out!

The carillon is so salty it is inedible. The steak fingers were good but the Macne cheese anegravy had little flavor at all and the gravy too salty also. Disappointing. Especially when we ordered the largest size of Caldillo Soup. .

I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak and it was the best I have had at a restaurant in a very long time. You can tell that it is homemade, not from frozen. The only thing I would have changed would be to be able to get mashed potatoes as a side. Outside of that, this is a 10 out of 10, almost better than my own.

The Valley Cafe has the best food in town everything is delicious Angus Chuck burgers made to perfection and can be modified to anyone's taste home made pies Orange Creamsicle Pie and the coconut cream pie are second to none
