• 8/27/25My ball was not filled all the way to the top, and I had less bananas and berries that I have ever had in the past I'm confused specially since I asked for extra almond butter, this should be all the way to the top. At least I feel like half of my açai is missinghighly disappointed. I've ordered this item before premier location and it's never showed up like this.

• 11/26/25Delivered wrong salad. Apparently per driver they knew and sent the wrong one anyway. I cannot eat this one because of ingredients contains cheese and creamy dressing and sugared nuts. And not a half avocado as stated.
