I absolutely love thiplace they never fail mehe chicken fingers are fresh and crispythe pork is so good crab rangoon are my favorite they the best I haveever had. the portions are perfect as well. this place never disappoints me when I order here. Also the food arrives nice and hot as well. love love love this place

Very disappointing experience for us. We're chinese food connoisseurs, and this was our first time trying The White Lotus. We're not sure if we'll be back any time soon. The chicken lo mein noodles were dry, they needed more sauce and maybe some garlic. The pork fried rice was bland and just tasted like vegetables with rice, not great. The white rice was dry. The chicken eggrolls were small and lacked flavor. Chicken teryaki was good but dry. Highlights were the chicken dumplings, chicken fingers, and crab rangoon (although the rangoon were small). On the bright side, the staff were nice and the inside of the building had a cute aesthetic. I hope this isn't too harsh, we genuinely want to see this restaurant improve. With some recipe updates and maybe a few more options on the menu, they could become a popular spot.

Truthfully I was kinda disappointed with this China Maxim replacement. For one, the menu was completely overhauled and not for the better. The rice in the Pork Fried Rice with Choice of 3 Combination Appetizers was both sticky yet dry at the same time, along with that, the style was changed to Cantonese style. Meaning you get peas and carrots in it, and it's a lighter color of brown. The peas and carrots overcrowded the rice. The chicken teriyaki was okay and the crab rangoon were tasty, however, both appetizers are tiny so you'll wolf them down in no time. The boneless spare ribs are definitely way different and dare I say saltier than how they're usually done, kinda reminded me of Char Siu Pork in a way. They were tender, so I'll give them that. Either way, would I order from them again? Most likely not. This doesn't hold a candle to how China Maxim did their takeout.

Best food I have ever had! Portions were great as well as freshness! The lotus rice,dumplings and the chicken egg rolls were phenomenal I would definitely order again and recommend!
