The flavors were amazing! Usually with vegan versions of anything, you feel like you have to settle for some weird nuance with texture or taste. The Classic ramen, however, was like a four-star gourmet meal!

The worst portion to value ratio I've experienced in a *long* time.
I knew the roll was going to be 8 pieces and even at $22, was a stretch since it didn't have fish - arguably the priciest item in a roll - but $15 for 5 meager little pieces of Vegan Karage "chicken" is absurd.
I felt 3 dishes would be enough for my wife and I but it was barely enough for one.
$56 for this will certainly not have me returning.

let's get this out of the way, the quality of the food is incredible.
the capability of the kitchen to produce the foodin a timely manner is very, very lacking. they are unable to produce food in a reasonable amount of time for the volume of customers they are serving.
the staff appear to be either untrained or unprepared for the volume of work. check ins are infrequent, errors are frequent and gaps of menu knowledge are glaring. there are items on the menu that are only avbailable at certain times of day.
if you order pick up or delivery at a busy time (the weekend) expect to WAIT.

Sooo good. Best vegan sushi and ramen I've ever had. Caterpillar roll and classic ramen w/ gluten free noodles was delish.

FYI Hot tea comes as a tea bag not as a steeped beverage. Also no wasabi or ginger was included. Sushi was still delicious
