They get the details right. Egg was crispy around the edges. The rice noodles had fried garlic on top. Pieces of beef fat in the soup to make it extra rich. Veggies are packaged separately to keep the flavor and crispy. They know what deliciousness is!!
The fried calamari are perfect everytime.
