above and beyond expectation, they even separated the raw beef from the soup so you don't end up with it overcooked by the time it gets delivered. I love the detail - tons of Thai basil, plenty sachets of siracha and hoison, considerable amount of meat, tripe, tendon - even though this is a monster of a meal, I do wish I could add on extra meatballs. they are my favorite part!

the pho from here is the best. I didnt like the bun bo hue due to the noodles being different from pho noodles, they were thick udon-like rice noodles that didn't have any "tooth" to em. not for me. the spring roll was missing bbq pork, it's just shrimp when you order these FYI. don't pass up their pho though!! best in town!
