Sandwich was well made and you get exactly what you order. Fries were still hot on delivery

This is the first time I've ever been compelled to leave a review. This was the biggest ripoff I've ever had. Check out the "thrilled cheese" Facebook page and look at the reviews. I ordered a "grater". It's a patty melt. It didn't come with its sauce and the burger mushroom and onions were somehow bland. When I first bit into it I tasted and smelled nothing and panicked because I thought I had covid again. Also, I paid $12 it. The fries had a portion so small it was a laughable waste of a clamshell container (again, check the Facebook reviews, the pictures are seriously what you're getting). The fries were $4 and I maybe got a quarter of a potato worth of soggy, pre-frozen potato noodles. What was funny was that the order came with sooo many salt, pepper, ketchup and mayonnaise packets that I won't need to buy any for the rest of the year. Seriously. This was such a laughably bad experience.
I did a little homework and found out that these "thrilled cheese" stores are ghost kitchens set up in IHOPs. They are complete garbage. Spend your money elsewhere. I'm glad I'm one of the first to post to this store in Winston-Salem. Maybe I can get enough people to ignore this farce.
If you've eaten from this place and disagree with anything I've said here, you are the owner of Thrilled Cheese and you should be ashamed.

I got the Grater with the bacon cheese fries and the sandwich was okay but they just sent me regular fries. It sucks cause it's an upcharge on the bacon cheese fries.

It was all very good, well seasoned and the pickles were very crunchy and it didn't make the sandwich soggy! Will eat here again

The best part of my order was the lemonade . The cut above sandwich was missing the avocado, wasn't cut, and was mediocre, at best. They also neglected to put the ranch in with the mozz sticks so I had to eat them...dry. First and last order with this restaurant.
