This restaurant is amazing... I don't usually speakthis highly on a restaurant, but I was reading the reviews and it had me second guessing my decision. When i received my order my oxtails were amazing. They gives you a lot of food. Everything was hot and i ordered it with DoorDash. I wish i could give more stars. Only people i know that can make oxtails as good as this is my mom. Hands down!!

The oxtails were fantastic, the Mac n cheese was a little salty. The yams were not that appetizing however once I added some sugar, nutmeg, and butter it was tasty. The portions are nice sizes. Tender oxtails* Served with rice & gravy and your choice of two additional sides

Winner Winner oxtail dinner. Wow very impressed and satisfied. I got the oxtails ( no fat ) lean tender seasoned meat, yams and string beans. I will be ordering again and recommend if you want the home cook soul food meal taste.

Throwdown soul food is so good, and they give you so much food. Every time I've ordered from them it's always fresh food. It's like it's coming from my mom's kitchen. You guys are absolutely amazing... i wish you guys were open more, because i would order from you guys daily.
