The Chow Mein was amazing with texture and flavor, Portion size could be bigger but that's my preference, As for the Hong Kong Sausage Fried Rice was the best overall, love the sweet and savory from the sausage to the rice, Overall give this place a 9/10

Ordered the 3-entree bowl with red-braised pork and potatoes, tiga chicken, and wagyu minced beef, and orange peel chicken. The portion size was solid and gave a good variety of flavors. The braised pork was tender and the potatoes soaked up the sauce nicely, well seasoning. The tiga chicken was juicy and went well with the garlic noodles The wagyu minced beef was probably the highlight—rich, savory, and flavorful without being too greasy. The orange peel chicken tasted great! It had a nice balance of sweet and citrus flavors with a flavorful sauce that wasn't overpowering. The Tiga Wagyu Curry is delicious as always, as is the Sweet Tomato and Scrambled Eggs and the Hong Kong Sausage Fried Rice. The Egg Rolls were oily, like they had been left in the frying basket too long but the inner content were good.

The Chow Mein was yummy and great portions but the Orange Peel Chicken was extremely chewy, and it unfortunately tastes like they used low quality pieces of chicken.
