I used to work at this location a few years ago. Since hearing they've changed management, I decided to order the Chips and Queso , Atom Bombs , and Flautas .
the packaging is nicer looking and more secure, the queso isnt watered down, i got all of my side sauces (sour cream, guac, chili sauce, etc.) the portions inside the tortillas were good and everything was labeled properly. also for ordering pretty late, the quality of the chips were still really good.
i dont know who is running things now, but everything has improved! literally zero complaints.

Overall critique good, excellent tortilla shell, fresh veggies, pork dry. Would like to have had more sour cream... at least an option to pay to add more. Adding the freshly made delicious salsa helped the dryness, suggestion; we choose type of meat in salad

The "mega" was disappointing. It was $22 for a burito bowel that felt like it had maybe a cup of chopped steak in it. Favor was alright

The tacos had barely any meat, cheese, etc. and no flavor. I used to eat Tijuana Flats often & it Was delicous & great portions-Not anymore. (Not @ all like photo they show) A shame & feel waste of my $. Definately be going back to Moe's from now on. Very disappointing.

Used to really love them. Seems like every time we order now, they miss notes and forget stuff. No hot sauce, and they put jalapeños on my quesadilla but left off the tomatoes. Also, all the sour cream, pico, guac and everything used to come side containers, but now they just slop it all inside. I don't know if it's new management but they really brought the place down.
