I'm giving 3 stars for how my food ended up being packed. It was a mess when I opened everything up and I know it wasn't my dasher because everything was enclosed. My hashborwn was thrown into a bag with a doughnut that I didn't order/want especially when I can't have chocolate and everything was greasy. I understand that things are fried and what not but the bag shouldn't be covered in grease when it comes down to customer service. I'll take into consideration it might have been busy but I'd rather have my order be a couple minutes later rather than it be messy and unappealing.

Cold, very little cream cheese. And my bagel was stale. Very disappointing
