This Turkey Bacon Club I purchased cost over $9, & for the money this sandwich should have been more hearty. Especially regarding the turkey & bacon. They should definitely put more meat on the sandwich. The bread was so hard it hurt my teeth. I'm so disappointed in that sandwich. The chocolate chip cookies were hard as a rock also.

Iced Chocolate Pistachio Latte consisted of 3/4 of the cup being filled with just milk and no chocolate at all. Literally just nutty coffee milk.Chocolate Cruller appare tly doesn't exist and they let someguy buy all of their Honey Cruller Donuts while packing my order that had 2. Apparently they were pretty rude to my dasher as well. First time getting Tim Hortons and probably never will again sadly

My bagels are extremely hard. could you make it any harder? This is the second time you guys messed up my order. I didn't want it toasted or is it just hard like that?
