Forgot food items, what did arrive was good quality. Customer service option was glitchy and difficult to get to actually work.

The drink was not made right the oreo iced caps are supposed to have whipped topping and cookie topping it didn't even have that and tasted like a regular cappuccino. this is not the first time ive had issues from here i have had many mess ups when ordering from this tims
