Original Blend Coffee and Orig Iced Capp®inal were not good today. Coffee tasted burnt and ice cap was melted with a weird taste. Food was good and well packaged.

It’s concerning that the item(s) I ordered were substituted without my confirmation—especially with a product containing peanuts. This poses a serious safety risk. Additionally, the tamper-proof packaging appeared to be handled carelessly. Situations like this highlight the important difference between attentive service and a lack of care.

eveytime i get an order from Tims the coffee tips so the bottom of the bag is wet. Don't agree with the new packaging. there should be a better way if you just have 1 coffee there should be a better way of packaging.
