It’s concerning that the item(s) I ordered were substituted without my confirmation—especially with a product containing peanuts. This poses a serious safety risk. Additionally, the tamper-proof packaging appeared to be handled carelessly. Situations like this highlight the important difference between attentive service and a lack of care.

Due to the cheap trays, half of my order had fallen over on the delivery. The trays have progressively gotten cheaper and cheaper.
