My grilled cheese was pretty burnt... even after scraping off the black parts the whole thing just tastes burnt still.

If they don't have the item they shouldn't have it on the menu. they offered alternatives but they didn't have what I wanted and I think the substitute they gave me was of lesser value. I got a regular chicken wrap instead of what I wanted. So 3 out of 5 is all they get

How do you mess up a regular coffee? DR/WT was written on the top of the cup, dunno what that means but it tastes like someone put earl grey tea in it.
