I love the Franklin location. I've been ordering from here for quite a while. But these last 2 weeks, I've been getting very white iced caps every day and weak coffee (pretty much just water). New staff, maybe?

They made the wedges PERFECTLY crispy omg not half frozen and soggy like other Tim's and I usually don't enjoy Tim's coffee but they made my toasted omit vanilla cold brew YUMMMY

hashborwns weren't cooked, stuck inside packaging. wraps were thrown together with no care or sauce at all. my 6 pack of doughnuts were forced into two small bagel bags. also my iced capp had no topping or syrup jot one thing was done properly here, buyer beware.

The coffee was still hot and the baked goods were fresh. Not having to go out for coffee in the morning is amazing.
