• 8/6/25I love the Franklin location. I've been ordering from here for quite a while. But these last 2 weeks, I've been getting very white iced caps every day and weak coffee (pretty much just water). New staff, maybe?

• 2/4/23They made the wedges PERFECTLY crispy omg not half frozen and soggy like other Tim's and I usually don't enjoy Tim's coffee but they made my toasted omit vanilla cold brew YUMMMY

• 4/15/23coffee was hot and donuts were fresh. My grandsons wanted a donut meal for breakfast and they were not disappointed.

• 3/5/23hashborwns weren't cooked, stuck inside packaging. wraps were thrown together with no care or sauce at all. my 6 pack of doughnuts were forced into two small bagel bags. also my iced capp had no topping or syrup jot one thing was done properly here, buyer beware.
