Hot chocolate was cold & watered down
Neither the snowman donut and the holiday tree donut was wrapped, they was smooshed together
The bagels, 1 was suppose to have extra cream cheese & barely had any cream cheese on it.
Both iced coffees was extremely watery and didn't taste like it had the sugar

They have COMPLETELY messed up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME I order here!!! They sent me a BURNT TO A CRSIP Bagel, forgot the cream cheese, won't refund it, and here I am I paid 24 dollars for a drink and a muffin!!!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE
