Everything tasted fresh and the drinks were made correctly. The bagels were toasted and warm although one had way too much avacado spread on it. We always order from this store when we stay downtown for Animate and Matsuricon!

My Vanilla Iced Coffee was just coffee and ice .
The scrambled eggs are just the egg patty chopped and the sausage doesn't look cooked completely

I ordered the Chicken Salad Sandwich which is the least expensive one but they were out so they decided to charge me for the most expensive sandwich Turkey Bacon Club and did not attempt to contact me or provide me any chance to choose something else.

They sent me 2 cardboard tubs full of ingredients, not 2 Sausage Scrambled Egg Loaded Breakfast Wrap . A total sloppy mess. I don't know whether they ran out of wraps or if I got pranked by the store employees, but either way it was tough to try to eat and really unappetizing to handle.

I did not receive the full amount of timbits I ordered. My medium drink was a little over halfway filled, and no oat milk was added to it.
