So either the "cold brew" coffee is just hot coffee poured over ice (so not cold brew at all), or the cold brew is being stored at an unsafe temperature, because mine was warm on the bottom where the coffee is under the cream. There was still plenty of ice in the cup and the store is 5 minutes from my house so it started out warm.

the taste of the coffee was great it's the condition it showed up in and the latter was burnt
