All of the hashbrowns, including the ones in the wraps, had no flavor and were undercooked. The mocha latte had no foam or milk in it at all and was very bitter.

Second time in a row Tim's has arbitrarily replaced my latte with an iced one. Not at all what I wanted. They seem to get something wrong on my order every time. At least what they get right is usually good...
