the Sugar Cookie was hard as a rock felt like it was from 3-4 days ago. at least the Boston Boston Cream Donuts the bottom of them are a little bit crunchy but I'll get over it. For the Original Iced Coffee I don't know why you didn't listen to how much sugar I asked for but it's okay

Hash Brown were mushy and undercooked
Steeped Tea did not have the teabags in the cup upon delivery, and tasted flat
All other items met expected quality

Used to love ordering from this store. They didn't have the biscoff ice cap I ordered or espresso shots. Instead, I got a regular ice cap and a regular coffee. Never got refunded. Never got a sorry. Nothing. Disappointing... (yes first world problems I know)

I was missing a extra large double double coffee. Which I had informed the delivery person of immediately but he did not respond. So I expect to be refunded for the coffee some way, as coffee is not cheap anymore. The last two orders have been nightmares and I know it's not the drivers fault, but they should make sure the order is right before taking it. Thankyou
