Donuts weren't the freshest I've had from them but Arsh the store manager was lovely. Thank you for you great customer care

I ordered birthday cake Timbits but received a completely different variety instead. This was disappointing, especially since it was meant for a specific occasion. Accuracy in orders is really important, and I hope more attention is given to this in the future.
