Every 3 orders the coffee tastes burnt, has coffee grinds in the cup, tastes like the pot/machine needs cleaning. I'm not picky but burnt coffee taste is really bad.

I ordered a dip and they did not include it... they also didn't include the cold foam for the Tiramisu Cold Brew with Espresso Infused Foam... sad ): Simply Cheese Flatbread Pizza was great tho!
