always miss placing part of my order such as my Timbits® Multi-Pack and my Hash Brown was barely cooked it oil caked on it poor overall experience even for doordashes standards smh oh my Iced Coffee was also missing the whip cream and my vanilla syrup

I dont think I've ever got a complete or correct order from here. Apparently they were out of chocolate glazed donuts so they substituted with a chocolate donuts and charged me extra for them. I did not get a call to confirm substitution.The timbits are all glazed, not assorted. Bread is just thrown in a bag with chili, not wrapped as it should be. The wrap was ok, wasn't great - wasn't bad. Just mediocre. I'm not even sure why I order from here since the orders are never right

they gave me ciabatta bread instead of croissants in the hot cocoa taste like water. I should have went to Starbucks.
