Food was very good, except for the hash
brown, think it was in the fryer too long, could not chew it. too dry and hard

The problem was with the Crispy Chicken Craveable. It was too crispy to even eat, the bun, and the pieces of chicken must have been left in the oven or, toaster too long, and were not even edible, way too chewy. I have had these before and they were very good, but not today! Maybe not again?Rest of order probably great, not eaten yet.

Ordered a steedped tea double double and got a half full black tea. You only get refunded the $1.25 and lose out on the rest without the option to just correct the order.

It might have been a good idea to let me know you had decided to make a substitution in the Thanksgiving Stack bun. it was quite dry and could have used a couple of picks in it, so it wouldn't fall apart?

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it came on an untoasted,cold English muffin, I wish it had been toasted like I was expecting, the texture and taste was not great
