Everything was perfect when it arrived and they gave me double Timbits® Multi-Pack. my Nutella Croissant w/ Whipped Sweet Cream exceeded expectations and the Hazelnut Mocha Iced Latte Topped with Nutella was perfect

The Bacon Everything Bagel is just ok- the egg is only about half the size of the bagel. The chocolate chip muffin is normally really good, but this one didnt taste like it was fully cooked- very doughy taste. The Caramel Iced coffee I received was either wrong or it just looks nothing like the picture. By looking at it, it looked like iced black coffee or tea. I tasted it and still really not sure what it is, very little flavor. I havent ordered from Tim H.'s is a long time b/c of how disappointed I was last time, very disappointed again today. Doubt I'll go back.

The grilled farmers wrap was disgusting. Looked nothing like the picture. Everything was rubbery. Egg was fried beyond recognition. Not sure bacon was cooked. Expected hash brown to at least be crispy- nope.
