We've been working hard to find good food since leaving the Bay Area and Timmy Gingers has taken the spot for our new, favorite sandwich place. It's absolutely delicious. If you don't like this place, I have some serious doubts about you as a person. If you want a bland sandwich, that's fine, there's a Sourdough and Co on like every other street corner in the Sacramento area.
Every item we've ordered here is packed with individual flavors and textures. I haven't had a sandwich this good since I worked in a deli in college and we used to experiment on our lunch breaks. This place has that same energy. There's classic options for sure, but it's the creative options we like the best. The New! The Angry Ginger, The Ginger Parm, The Classic Ginger Pie, and The Dirty Ginger Mac (vegan option too) were our favorite items but the whole haul was good. This gave us a chance to try the tri tip, barbacoa, pastrami, breaded chicken, and pulled pork. Each meat had distinct flavor, unique sauces, and worked in harmony with the ingredients. I'm a person that always has to edit my sandwich order by adding or taking things away. I didn't change anything about my order here. They're just right exactly as they come.
Anyway, thanks for the good food yesterday and the Halloween Candy. You really hooked up the portion sizes and we'll be living off this doordash for like 3 days haha!

Not only is Timmy awesome, his sandwiches are even better. We were lucky enough to be able to get his sandwiches in folsom when he had a shop there. Now, we happily drive to Roseville to get them when we can. best vegan options in the whole area, and the portions are freaking HUGE. You won't be disappointed!!!

I've never particularly cared for sandwiches, but I crave the #12. Turkey, Provolone Cheese, Cranberry Sauce, Cream Cheese, Kickin Sauce (H) all the time. It is literally the best sandwich I've ever had. My husband gets the New! The Angry Ginger and he loves it.

Pastrami Sandwich (H) is very good, but like most places theres rarely much meat. The 12 oz mac n 12 oz Mac N' Cheese is super creamy cheesy and is better than decent, though there arealwsys burnt bits. Macaroni Salad is simple and yummy.
