The Chile Relleno Plate stands out with its crispy, deep-fried chile relleno topped with cheese. The green chile sauce is excellent, and it comes with cheesy baked beans and rice. To be honest, everything was absolute perfection! I couldn't wait to try this for the first time. Sorry, no pictures. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Tio's tamales is incredible. Delivery of their pork tamale is always a filling mill. In person they also have a cheese tamale and a chicken Tamale that are also delicious

Tio's is my goto-place for amazing mexicanfood. The green chile is straight out of New Mexico and tastes great. You can go wrong with any of the dishes from here. I highly recommend any smothered, Christmas (if you know, you know). The hours are limited but the owner/operator is a family show and I can blame him but I still wish I could get dinner from here every once in a while. Try this place out if you love New Mexico/Colorado style food, you won't regret it!

disgusting salty as heck chips without even giving sour cream I got creamcheese instead. also for the price I was expecting more than 2 spoonful size of food. Avoid this place at all cost. do research they only have 1700 followers on ig for a restraunt that has been around for awhile. I wonder why? Don't make my mistake!

I was STOKED when I saw Tio's on DoorDash last month and I been trying different dishes ever since when I work in town on Saturdays. There's never a dish that's subpar, always high quality. There's a reason this place is so successful while still having only limited hours. Try em out, they're legit!
