I love the okra made at Tokoss. It's slightly spicy, but anyone who enjoys spicy food will appreciate that. I was very unhappy that it was not on the menu for a while. But now that it's returned, I'm ecstatic.
The oxtail is also another favorite of mine. The pieces of meat are not too big, which IMO, allows the flavor to really penetrate. I have not tried all of the dishes on the menu, but for me, having their sweet plantains and samousa as sides, always make any meal taste better.

oxtail was just swimming in oil. jerk chicken was only 3 peice. Also got the bengiets which were basically fried flour with nothing on them.

Food looks nothing like the pictures, Oxtail Stew Meal (Large) was ox tail in oil, Kabobs beef was just meat on a stick sitting on a bed of cut onions, not even grilled with the meat, just raw onions. Her k Prime Rib Meal (Large) what they call large is 3 ribs. Same with the oxtail stew large is small for the price. Disappointed is an understatement.

The food is absolutely delicious. SO much flavor and a generous portion of rice. The Jerk Prime Rib Meal (Large) is not steak prime rib though - it's literal ribs. They're really good but you only get 2 with the large order
