Insanely good park chashu in the Tonkotsu Ramen. the quail eggs were cooked through (as expected ) but the marinade was tasty.
veggies were crisp and tasty. good contrast to noodles and rich broth.
noodles were hard to rate in a delivery order... the tiniest but too soft but that's to be expected with takeout.
Portion was good. Be sure to pour as much HOT broth over your order as you can and eat fast. Ramen is important to eat hot!
It will be hard not to order this all the time!
