Americano is great, love the beans they use! Doughnuts are fresh and were nicely packed.

Really wish you'd put the frosted donuts Double Trouble Chocolate Cake in a box instead of bag. The frosting got all over the bag and left the donuts lacking. I also ordered Glazed Old Fashioned and ended up with what looks like a pumpkin glazed donut. I did select contact if something needed to b substituted since that's not what I would have picked.

The London Fog Tea Latte is delicious and the Glazed Raised Ring was wonderful, but my Bavarian Cream Bismark seems like it didn't bake fully and had portions near the center that were stringy and uncooked.
