I ordered these for my daughter's who live in Seattle they were so excited and happy to get them and said they were delicious they enjoyed all the chocolate ones we ordered especially the old fashioned, and the cookies and cream.

The donuts? Great!
The hot cocoa? Great!
Literally any of the other warm beverages that involves caffeine? 50-50 shot it either gonna be what you ordered, or will just be bitter milk.
I remember I once returned a "mocha" that was significantly worse than all the other bitter milks and whilst they did make me a new one free of charge, I heard them talk behind the counter telling one of the barista's that they had to "clean it out before-" that's all I heard but I think I heard enough.
I wouldn't recommend getting your caffeine fix from this place as it's a coin flip and even today as I'm writing this: my "vanilla latte" is just bitter milk.
