for $3.39 you would expect a regular size tamal. Instead you get half of a regular size tamal. And to top it off it was really dry. Everything else was good.

Excellent prices, great quality food and portion sizes! The Caldo de Res is so delicious it's filled with a nice variety of vegetables and good protein portion! The tortillas are fresh warm and soft so perfect! The Tamale is DELIGHTFUL the masa is buttery melt in your mouth goodness and the filling is rich and meaty! The Thalia Juice is absolutely what my body needs so fresh and healthy no artificial flavors or sweetness just fresh and healthy goodness

I usually love this restaurant but I guess they were having an off day the day I ordered. Everything fell below expectation in my opinion, like lack of flavor and soggy fries, but the silver lining is that my daughter loved the caldo de pollo. Like the caldo de res, they didn't skimp out on the veggie & protein content like most places tend to do. So hopefully it was just this occurrence that was off and next time will be a better.
