The Salmon is a very generous portion. It has been cooked to perfection each time I order and the sauce it comes with is the perfect compliment to the salmon. The baked potato side is delicious as well as sweet potato fries with mini marshmallows roasted on top. I have been so impressed! Highly recommend.
