This is our go to sushi place!! We've been to some pretty high end sushi places, including more expensive ones in Seattle, and they seriously don't compare to Toyama. We always love the tuna specifically, and we weren't nigiri people until we tried toyamas! Seriously you won't be disappointed

Maybe they have other good options... but the salmon skin roll was genuinely amongst the worst sushi ive had. It tasted like charcoal. Waayyyy over cooked. I doused it in wasabi and soy sauce and ate it anyway so i wouldnt be hungry at work. And the mini salad had 3 TBS of water at the bottom. Dripping wet. Sadly, i probably wont take the risk and go here again but hopefully they take this comment into consideration

katsu and tempura were great. sashimi was warm and tasted off. teriyaki chicken was cooked great but sauce was really gluey and overly sweet.
