My new go to place for coffee and banhmi! Honey coffee& Classic Comb Banh Mi was so good! I think this may be the best Viet coffee on this side of town, it was strong and love the foam addition. I ask for my veggies on side bc i like to toast my banh mi first and they packaged it so nicely! The staff or owner was really nice. Ample parking for pick up at the back. Need to try their other coffee flavors.

I go here everyday, it's so good! Sometimes I go twice in one day lol. The Cocochata Coffee is ADDICTING and the owner is the nicest woman ever!!! The best place truly.

Decided to try out their bahn mi.. veggies not pickled, barely any grilled pork, just all liver spread, does not look like the photo. I didn't end up eating it. 2 stars since their coffee was at least strong.

Tried this place for the first time because of their bogo deal. The Top Pick: Honey coffee & Grilled Pork banh mi was decent, and it was a good price for two drinks and two sandwiches. The honey coffee is very strong, I'm not the biggest coffee fan so I added lots of extra sweetener but it's pretty creamy. The sandwich tasted pretty good, wish I ate it fresh though. I'm curious to try their other drinks

Food was good I just wish the bahn mi was authentic and had jalapeños. The salted breeze iced by default. hot by request was gross. Tasted like a drank straight salt.
