Tran Kitchen was absolutely amazing. Everything was packed with flavor and the grilled meats were cooked to perfection with the perfect char. The Vietnamese iced coffee was creamy, smooth, and so flavorful — one of the best I’ve had. The only thing I wish is that the spring rolls came with peanut sauce instead of fish sauce, but everything else was excellent. This is officially my new favorite Vietnamese spot in the Folsom area. 100/10!
