I don't order from Trapper's Sushi very often, but when I do, they rarely disappoint! The rolls are carefully put together and rolled tightly enough that they don't fall apart when you're eating them. I also don't mind them putting multiple rolls in the same box, but if you prefer them separated, make sure you select that option when ordering!
The Trump Roll was perfectly seared, as usual. I'm not the biggest fan of salmon, but the light sear, generous toppings, and flavorful sauce take this roll to a whole new level. It's the kind of combination that leaves your taste buds wanting more!
The Rock & Roll and Covington were also solid choices. The Covington stood out for its incredibly fresh tuna paired with a spicy sauce that even a spice wimp like me can handle.
What I love most about Trapper's is the consistency. Every roll tastes fresh, the rice is perfectly seasoned, and the toppings are generous. Each roll offers its own unique combination of flavors, making every bite a different experience.
If you're craving fresh sushi with great flavor and well-balanced toppings, Trapper's is definitely worth checking out!

I’ve tried to explore as many sushi bars in the area as possible, but I keep coming back to Trapper’s for the most consistent rolls, the freshest fish, and the most flavorful sauces.
The Trump is one of my absolute favorites. The salmon is incredibly fresh and torched to perfection. I don't even like salmon, yet I absolutely love this roll! The Rock & Roll and the Covington Roll are two more must-haves every time I order.
If you're torn between the Buddha and the Buddha-licious , the Buddha-licious is upped one step further with a quick dip in the deep fryer. That little extra touch takes the flavor and crunch to another level!
Another thing worth mentioning is how well these rolls hold up in the refrigerator. The fish is so fresh that even the leftovers make for a fantastic next day snack.
All in all, Trapper’s consistently delivers. No matter how many other sushi spots I try, I keep coming back for the quality, flavor, and consistency that make this place stand out.

The trappers *Trapper’s Dinner was good as always, but the *Teriyaki Chicken that I ordered came with such a small portion it could be comparable to a kids meal. It had one scoop of rice and the tiniest amount of chicken which was not worth $17 in my opinion.

Just all around fantastic. The trappers dinner tastes amazing and has more than enough food for your money. Made fresh and with an eye for quality. Zero complaints.

Unfortunately not impressed. Always very slow service times, but ive been to another location of Trapper's and thought the quality would be worth it. The roll I got had what seemed like old or overcooked rice. Flavor overall was bland. The cucumber *Cucumber Salad was literally just sliced cucumbers, not marinated or dressed. The smoked *Smoked Salmon Nigiri was okay, generous portion of fish, but again rice was off. I might try again, but was disappointed with this meal.
