Order was ready at estimated time, staff was super friendly and prompt. The Superior Gone Green was absolutely delicious and very filling. And my Iced Coffee was also really good, I tried the Jamaica roast this time added some cream and cinnamon at the condiment bar, that was well stocked with option for any coffee drinker. Will definitely be ordering again.

The breakfast sammy was TO DIE FOR!! The roasted tomatoes were perfect on it and I appreciated they put two egg patties on it instead of just one. This place is a must try if you're vegan, or even if you're not. The home fries were a little undercooked but nothing I couldnt live with. Will def be coming back!

My Almond Joy Latte is the perfect drink. I couldn't be happier. I wish I could drink it all day!
I didn't get the right sandwich today, but everything about the wrong sandwich was high quality.😂 If I liked chili on my eggs I'd have been delighted. But every other time I've gotten the Vegan Cousin Phil, it's been the best. It's a solid, filling sandwich.

The Pumpkin Cold Brew (Iced Only) is amazing! It's the copycat of a certain large coffee brand, but it knocks theirs out of the park! The Uncommon Commodore Bagel was delicious and I've never seen another place offer anything like it. My coworker said The Superior was very good and she was impressed that the bread held up as well as it did after the long delivery time PLUS not being able to eat it for another 30 minutes after. So many others would be soggy, but this did not disappoint!

Probably my favorite breakfast sandwiches in the Rochester area. The quality of ingredients is excellent, and the prices offer great value for what you get. However, the pickup experience has been consistently frustrating.
I’ve placed multiple pickup orders, and each time I arrive (a 10-minute drive from my house), my food hasn’t even been started. From what I’ve observed, the shop is never particularly busy—no long lines, no staff juggling multiple online orders—so the delay is both confusing and inconvenient.
Today, I waited until my order was marked as “ready,” drove 10 minutes to pick it up, and found out it hadn’t even been started. I ended up waiting an additional 10-15 minutes—which feels like a long time for just a breakfast sandwich and coffee.
Great food, but the lack of efficiency in fulfilling pickup orders is a real downside..
