Crust and toppings were perfect, flavor was wonderful. The wings were flavorful as well, very happy. The Kids Pepperoni Pizza was the perfect size for my child in addition to the kids wings. The pizza was about 8-9 inches wide and thin crusted. I LOVE that they have a Kids Wood Fired Wings option because most places only have boring basics for kids meals! It's always cheese pizza, Mac n cheese, burger, chicken fingers. I get that most kids are picky but mine is adventurous and I really appreciated the options. Added jalapenos too cuz she's a little weirdo and loves spicy. Added benefit is she can never finish so mama gets to eat the rest 😎

Their cheese sticks are the best in town - the béchamel is divine. I love them with their garlic butter dipping sauce. It's real butter with pieces of garlic in it. Also I tried the pizza of the month - truffle snowball. My favorite thus far. I hope it stays on the menu! I know I'll crave it.

I did care for the pizzas's sauce. An exceptional sauce paves the way to an impeccable pizza. In a nutshell, the sauce tasted like they opened up a can of non-San Marzano tomatoes and just threw it upon the dough. There were no underlying flavors of great magnitude present in the sauce. For almost $20, I can get a 20" pie made with a killer sauce at Joe's. Lastly, I felt the pizza had far too much of this straight can sauce. It made my pizza soggy; as if all the efforts of their wood burning oven were just nulled over by a canned tomato product.
I did enjoy the calamar and the fresh cheese was lovely. It just couldn't go further because of that rubbish sauce.
All in all, I wouldn't recommend this pizza.

This place is by far the most elevated food in temple. Pepper Pig is delicious, crust is the best, ingredients are definetly high quality.. Great prices.. Definitely get the big bottle of Chimichurri Ranch

bruschetta is supposed to have a taste the only thing you could taste was the tomatoes The Bread was a bit crunchy and mozzarella could have had some kind of extra flavoring to it and the whole dish was very Bland. and I've gotten this dish before so I was quite disappointed. and the arugula salad with parmesan and there wasn't enough dressing and even the dressing it was just very it was Bland too. I was supposed to be some kind of lemon dressing and I couldn't even taste that. overall I was really disappointed this time with my dishes. and the salad isn't little either technically it should have been maybe divvied out into two containers that's how large it was but it definitely needed more dressing. I hope they do better next time
