Triple Crown Restaurant was established in 1996 amid the bustling backdrop of one of Chinatown’s oldest streets, 22nd Place. Since then, Triple Crown has served traditional Cantonese cuisine to a dive…
Egg Rolls were underwhelming. Crab Rangoon had no crab in it and was all onion and cream cheese. The egg foo young gravy was watery and the combination fried rice had chicken bones and cartilage in it. Nothing had flavor at all.

Triple Crown is excellent for dim sum. Everything our table shared - shrimp shi mai, shrimp toast, potstickers and more - was delicious. The piggy custard bun was off the charts cute and had a yummy, sweet custard filling.

Piggy custard buns are among the best in the city. As for the imperial potstickers, I was expecting typical potstickers but what I got - deep fried potstickers doused in sweet and sour sauce - was a mind-blowing revelation. Insanely good!

the sizzling tofu had still raw vegetables in it. seemed like they just threw vegetables and the tofu and the sauce and tossed it and sent it on its way. it was quite unpleasant eating the raw celery along with the soft tofu. I've ordered this dish in the store and it tasted nothing like this and the tofu was much different
