I love the cheesesteaks here -- and yeah, I've had then in Philly a number of times, and frankly, they were often not as good as Trivelli's. Someone commented that the beef is chopped very fine, which it absolutely is -- but it's also abundant, not dry or greasy, and really nicely seasoned. There wasn't a ton of cheese, but my experience is that they are happy to customize -- I always get my order very light on the onions. If you want a whole lot of cheese, ask, and I expect they'll do it. I don't live in Colorado Springs, but whenever I'm in town, this is one of my go-to places.
Oh, and my dad, who grew up in Philadelphia, loves the place, for what it's worth.

It had a lot of meat but not any cheese or onions? The steak was so ground up that it keep falling all over the place. Hoagie (6”), Soda, & Fries. Not much flavor either very bland. I would not order this again.

I'm from Philly. This wasn't bad at all. Good flavor and seasoned well. Lotta meat. Wish it was white American cheese tho. 8/10

Subs came without much lettuce and I didn't care for this Italian style sub. Very expensive for the size

Did not include soda I paid for. Salad was literally cheese and lettuce in a foam container. Nasty nasty nasty sandwich wasn't even ok was mid ok for the price and the missing drink and the garbage salad? I would rather get dinner at PetSmart
