Saw a review of this place on TikTok, and man was it right, The Oxtail Bowl and Curry Goat Bowl were delicious. The fried plantains are sweet and the meat is tender with great flavor. The regular portion size was more than enough for me and worth every dollar, in my opinion.

The flavor of the Oxtail Bowl was delicious but could have been more tender. Was a decent proportion and a LOT of rice. The Bread Pudding was good. The Coconut Toto was on the dry side but tasted good. The Potato Pudding was interesting, I don't know if I like it or not.

The food is what it is advertised as, very delicious, very tender and even the cabbage has a great flavor that isn't overbearing - this is one of the most authentic Jamaican restaurants in Minnesota. The value for the serving, experience and flavor is so on point! The chefs are very friendly & amazing!

Tasted amazing! The jerk chicken Jerk Chicken Bowl was nice and spicy and paired well with the sweetness of the salsa and butteriness of the rice and cabbage. I did have to be careful of some bone pieces in the chicken but overall was a great choice! Super big portions, arrived hot. The sweet Fried Plantain and coco bread was delicious. The island mac and cheese was the only item that wasn't my favorite, flavor was unique but not for me and the noodles were a little over done. I've never had Tropical Bowl before but I'm looking forward to ordering again! 9/10!
